Valentine’s Week

Baking competition: To add some sweetness to the Valentine’s Week at KSE, a baking competition was organized among the students. The competition received an overwhelming response from not just the students pursuing culinary and patisserie but from other courses too. The students mesmerized the mentors with some exquisite cakes, confections, cookies, puddings and more. Lotus biscoff brownies, red velvet cheesecake, marble cookies, almond coconut cake, tart cake, banana choco chip cookies were some of the desserts that stole the show.  

To spread some love and cheer beyond the college premises, all the baked goods were packed and distributed by our students to the poor and homeless in the Gariahat neighborhood of South Kolkata. Valentine’s Week ended on a positive note indeed!

Flower arrangement competition: Traditionally, flowers make up for the best expression of love and to start the Valentine’s Week on a fragrant note, a fresh flower arrangement competition was organized at Krystal School of Excellence. Our students went beyond roses and made some beautiful floral displays using gypsy flowers, snapdragons, chrysanthemums etc. with foliage of varied kinds. The competition was judged by the mentors.
